We hope you love your Magia Magnetics™ product! Because each tool is individually 3D printed and prepared in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

The only exception is if your product arrives damaged or is not functioning as intended upon delivery. Please contact us and include your order number.

Because our products are individually 3D printed, visible layer lines, seams, slight variations in texture or color, and small surface imperfections are normal characteristics of the printing process and are not considered damage.
